Billing & Account Explained

Everything covered in the Billing & Account section of the Rad Recruiter Knowledge Base.

01

What Rad Recruiter plans are available?

Rad Recruiter offers Starter, Growth, and Scale plans designed for hospitality businesses and recruiting teams with different hiring volumes. Each plan includes varying levels of recruiter seats, active jobs, candidate screening, SMS candidate engagement, and feature access. See the current pricing page for available plans and pricing.

02

Is there a free trial?

Rad Recruiter is designed for employers, staffing agencies, recruiting firms, hospitality businesses, and other organizations looking to streamline and improve their hiring process. The platform supports both professional hiring and high-volume hourly recruiting. Eligible new customers may receive one seven-day Starter trial. Rad Recruiter uses normalized account identity checks to help prevent duplicate trial accounts created through common email aliases or similar account variations.

03

Where can I see current plan usage?

Open Billing to view your current usage, including candidates screened, SMS candidates, recruiter seats, active job postings, plan limits, and subscription status.

04

How are candidate and SMS overages tracked?

Rad Recruiter tracks monthly screened-candidate usage and unique candidates contacted through SMS. Included usage and overage units are calculated based on your organization's subscription plan. Organization administrators can review usage for billing and account management.

05

What counts as an SMS candidate?

An SMS candidate is a unique candidate contacted by SMS during the billing month. Multiple messages or reminders sent to the same candidate do not count as additional included SMS candidates. Message segments may still be tracked separately for delivery and cost reporting.

06

What happens when a plan limit is reached?

When a hard plan limit is reached, Rad Recruiter prevents the next action that would exceed the limit, such as adding another recruiter seat or active hospitality job. The platform will indicate when an upgrade is required. Existing jobs, candidates, and historical records remain available.

07

How are subscription payments processed?

Rad Recruiter uses RevenueCat and Stripe for hosted checkout and subscription processing. Rad Recruiter does not store customer credit-card details. Purchase availability depends on the organization's configured billing setup.

08

How do I update my name or email address?

Open Settings > Account to update your profile information. Email changes may require verification before the new address becomes active.

09

How do I invite a recruiter who already has a Rad Recruiter account?

Send the invitation to the recruiter's existing account email. The recipient should select Sign in to accept the invitation rather than creating another account. If they do not remember their password, they can use Forgot password.

10

What is the difference between removing organization access and deleting a login?

Removing a recruiter from your hospitality organization revokes their access to that organization while normally preserving their Rad Recruiter account. This allows them to use the same login with other organizations or accept future invitations. Permanent account deletion is a separate administrative action.

Plans Built For Different Hiring Volumes.

Rad Recruiter offers three plan levels. The available allowances and feature access vary by subscription, including recruiter seats, active jobs, candidate screening, and SMS candidate engagement.

Designed for organizations getting started with Rad Recruiter and managing lower-volume recruiting needs.

Growth

Designed for recruiting teams with greater hiring volume and expanded usage requirements.

Scale

Designed for organizations managing larger recruiting volumes and broader platform usage.

Know Exactly What Your Team Is Using.

Billing provides visibility into the usage categories that affect your organization's plan allowances and account management.

Candidates Screened Monthly screened-candidate usage tracked against the organization's plan.
SMS Candidates Unique candidates contacted through SMS during the billing month.
Recruiter Seats Current recruiter seat usage and plan limits.
Active Jobs Active job postings compared with the organization's plan allowance.
Subscription Status Current subscription status and relevant billing information.

What Happens When You Hit A Limit?

Rad Recruiter uses hard plan limits for certain account resources. When a hard limit is reached, the next action that would exceed the limit is prevented and the platform indicates when an upgrade is required.

Seat Limit

Adding another recruiter seat is prevented when the organization's configured seat allowance has been reached.

Job Limit

Adding another active hospitality job is prevented when the active-job allowance has been reached.

Your Data Remains

Existing jobs, candidates, and historical records remain available when a hard plan limit is reached.

Manage Account Access

Recruiter access is separate from permanent account deletion, allowing users to retain their Rad Recruiter login when their access to one organization changes.

Remove Organization Access

Removing a recruiter from your hospitality organization revokes their access to that organization while normally preserving their Rad Recruiter account. The recruiter can use the same login with other organizations or accept future invitations.

Permanent Account Deletion

Permanent account deletion is a separate administrative action. Removing someone from an organization does not normally delete their Rad Recruiter login.

Hosted Checkout Rad Recruiter uses hosted checkout for subscription purchases.
RevenueCat RevenueCat is used as part of subscription processing.
Stripe Stripe is used for subscription payment processing.
Card Details Rad Recruiter does not store customer credit-card details.

Subscription Payments Without Storing Card Details.

Purchase availability depends on the organization's configured billing setup.
