01 / SUPPORTED SERVICES
Which integrations are currently supported?
Rad Recruiter supports company email, Twilio SMS, Calendly,
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 Calendar, Zoom, the Rad Recruiter
Careers Website, and Universal Intake. Availability may depend on
provider credentials, customer authorization, subscription plan,
and required third-party approval.
02 / CONNECTION
How do I connect an integration?
Go to Settings > Integrations, select the provider you want to
connect, and follow the setup instructions. Services such as Google,
Microsoft, and Zoom use secure authorization through the provider.
Rad Recruiter does not require users to provide their provider
password directly.
03 / CAREERS WEBSITE
How can I add Rad Recruiter jobs to my hospitality website?
Enable Careers Website in Settings, select your careers address,
and publish the hospitality jobs you want candidates to see.
You can use the hosted careers page or generated iframe code
to add the application experience to your existing website.
04 / WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Do I have to update my website every time a job changes?
No. Once the Careers Website is installed, your recruiting team
can manage job postings inside Rad Recruiter without needing to
manually update the website each time a position changes.
05 / UNIVERSAL INTAKE
What is Universal Intake?
Universal Intake is a secure API that allows Rad Recruiter to
receive structured jobs and applications from sources such as a
hospitality company's website, ATS, partner system, or approved
automation. This allows hospitality teams to bring candidates
into Rad Recruiter from multiple recruiting sources.
06 / ORGANIZATION ACCESS
Can each hospitality business connect its own calendar or Zoom account?
Yes. Integrations are configured at the organization level.
Each hospitality business maintains its own calendar and Zoom
connections. Organizations cannot access another customer's
calendars, Zoom authorization, jobs, or candidate information.
07 / CALENDAR PERMISSIONS
What permissions does Rad Recruiter request from calendar providers?
Rad Recruiter requests the permissions necessary to check
availability and create, update, or cancel interview events.
Calendar access is used to support interview scheduling and
coordination. Google Workspace data is not used to train or
improve generalized AI models.
08 / DISCONNECTING
Can an integration be disconnected?
Yes. Supported integrations can be disconnected through Settings.
After disconnecting an integration, review any hospitality jobs or
workflows that depend on that service. You may need to configure
another calendar, scheduling, email, or SMS provider for those
workflows to continue operating.
